Wait... I thought insider trading was illegal, how can you provide this data, aren't you afraid to get busted?
Not only it is legal for insiders to trade the stock, they are required by law to make their security acquisitions and dispositions public by filing their trades with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Are you telling me that if I simply follow insider trades I will make money? Can it really be that easy?
Absolutely not. You are encouraged to do a thorough research before investing in any commodity. Please, do not rely on insider trades alone. Who is considered an insider?
Insiders are officers, directors and individuals or firms who own 10% or more of a company stock.

What is CIK?
CIK stands for Central Index Key. It's a 10-digit number which uniquely identifies publicly traded companies and insiders (see "Who is considered an insider?"). For example, use 0000315090 to track Warren Buffett's or 0000902012 for Bill Gates' insider trades
